I love where I live and I love what I do!!!
I am a proud 7th generation Henderson County native. I am a product of Henderson County Public Schools and attended UNC-Asheville and A-B Technical Community College. I’m a wife, mom and friend and my life is pretty awesome.
I have completed numerous successful real estate transactions through working with my friends, family and associations in the community; plus I’ve been trained by the best! I am thrilled when an old high school friend, one of my kid’s teachers, or a past co-worker calls on me to carry them through their real estate transaction! For most, buying or selling real estate will be the largest and most important transaction of their lifetime! Wow … that’s big, and I am honored to have that trust put in me!
No fancy words here … if you choose me . . .
More About Beth
No fancy words here … if you choose me, I will work hard, communicate with you constantly (maybe more than you want), and exercise the flexibility that I have with Blue Ridge Real Estate, a locally owned Hendersonville-based firm. If you list with me you will receive professional service; including professional photography (haven’t we all had enough of the cell phone photographs), floor plans of your home, and a property that is properly prepared for the market. If you are looking for a buyer’s agent I will search tirelessly for the property that meets your expectations … not mine! You tell me what you want and need and together, we will make it happen!

Having been in Real Estate prior to the bubble bursting, I have experience in every type of Real Estate Market imaginable. I was able to not only stay in real estate full time during the most difficult years of The Recession, but I found a way to thrive in those years and remain the sole provider for my family of 4. Having succeeded in the best and the worst of Real Estate markets, I have gained the knowledge needed to help me understand exactly what it takes to move a home or find a home, regardless of what hand we might be dealt from outside influences that are out of our control.

More About Bryan
Originally from the mountains of Northern Idaho, Bryan decided to call North Carolina home after spending several years here during his time in the United States Marine Corps. June of 2017 marks my 24th Anniversary of living in North Carolina! 13 years ago I married Tammy, a North Carolina native. We have two young boys, Cooper and Braydn.
As an avid outdoorsman, I enjoy everything from fly-fishing the Smokey Mountains to hiking and mountain biking the Pisgah and DuPont Forests to camping in the Blue Ridge Mountains. I also enjoy spending time with my family, riding my motorcycle on the Blue Ridge Parkway, walking around downtown Hendersonville, and taking in a Bristol NASCAR race when I can.

Every homeowner deserves exceptional service regarding their most valuable asset. Finding an agent who uses a proven process for success is essential to having a positive experience. You want an agent who is going to be your advocate, not someone who just handles the paperwork. I build trusting relationships through a professional approach, clear communication, and advice that makes sense.
Sellers who understand my business philosphy say . . .
More About Jill
Sellers who understand my business philosphy say finding an agent like me is refreshing. My approach to the preparation of listings ensures my clients sell in a timely manner for the most money.
Buyers I work with say I have a knack for understanding their vision and they feel like I am always working in their best interest. For me, being able to listen to needs and help clients through the offer and inspection period to close on a new home is exciting.
I am a Seniors Real Estate Specialist and advocate for senior adults through my active involvement with organizations that focus on issues affecting the aging population in Western North Carolina. It was an honor that Aging Projects, Inc. named me “Provider of the Year – 2017” for my exceptional commitment to serving senior clients in the real estate market.
Local agencies that I support with my time and resources include the Henderson County Council on Aging, Blue Ridge Literacy Council, TRIAD Hendersonville, Flat Rock Playhouse – Studio 52, Henderson County Homeschool Association, Shriners Children’s Hospital, United Way of Henderson County, Henderson County 4-H, Henderson County Chamber of Commerce and Fletcher Area Business Association.
Happily married for nearly 25 years, my husband and I have two adult daughters and a rescue dog. As a Florida native and resident of many states in the Southeast, our family has been enjoying life in Hendersonville since 2004.

Nancy was raised in Hendersonville up through Elementary school (Bruce Drysdale and then Rosa Edwards). Her love of the area brought her back permanently in 2016, from Dallas, TX where she initially began her real estate career in 1980. She got her start doing on site sales, and closed over a million dollars of property that first year.
Working for 4 different builders gave her experience and understanding in new construction. The majority of her business is in listing and selling existing homes. As a representative for buyers, she really enjoys hearing and helping people find the Real Estate “match” they are looking for. She is a pleasant but strong negotiator to help you purchase at the best price.
As a Listing agent she goes the extra mile . . .
More About Nancy
As a Listing agent she goes the extra mile with a home staging and landscape consultation so that when your home is presented to the buying public, it will make the best impression possible, helping you to earn a top return on your investment.
Whether it’s listing your home for sale, building a new home, or looking for an existing home, Nancy will do all she can to make it a pleasant and professional experience.
In her free time, Nancy enjoys the outdoors, being with friends and traveling to be with family. She attends the Hendersonville Presbyterian Church and lives in Laurel Park.

A North Carolina native, I was born and raised just outside of Raleigh. I worked for a corporate restaurant for ten years, going from Administrative Assistant to Associate Manager during that time. I received an Associate degree in Office Administration in 2015 and am excited to be doing what I enjoy.
My husband, Bryan Ross, and I married in 2004. We have two sons, Grady Cooper and Braydn, and I have been fortunate to stay home with them from the beginning. When we found Hendersonville, we knew this was where we wanted to raise our sons, where we wanted them to attend school, where we wanted to be a part of the community, and make our forever home.
I spend a lot of time . . .
More About Tammy
I spend a lot of time at our sons’ school volunteering, including being on the PTO board every year, four of them as President. I truly love being able to give my time and effort to helping their school be the best it can be.

For over 20 years, I have been involved in the luxury home market, from building some of America’s finest homes to the sales of them. As your listing agent, what I will be able to do is make sure your home is ready to be seen at its finest. One of the biggest things I do for my clients is to make sure that their home will be found on over 2,000 different websites. I spend countless hours making sure this happens.
I have spent most of my life . . .
More About Shawn
I have spent most of my life in the mountains of Colorado and know that the mountains are a magical place. I have been lucky enough to ski more days than anyone should be able to. The summers were just as much fun. At a very early age my dad shared with me one of the world’s greatest activities: GOLF! Growing up, I spent so many hours on the course with my family and friends—it was truly a great way to grow up.
When it was time for me to go to college, I set out to get a degree in Golf Course Management and Construction. I went on to rebuild a golf course in Northern Idaho and was lucky enough to take my next job back in Winter Park, Co. Over the next two years, I ended up leaving the course and picking up a hammer. My younger brother and I went on to build one of the largest construction companies in Winter Park. I never thought that I would leave Colorado until I stepped on that special mountain top here.
This is a special place, with our great weather and so many fun thing>s to do: golf, camping, boating, and just exploring these mountains that we have. One of the coolest parts about living here is that I can be at the beach or skiing some of the best runs in the East in just a few hours.
My wife Lissa and I have two sons: Brett and Zac. Both boys enjoy sports and getting to do all the fun things there are here.
