I love where I live and I love what I do!!!
I am a proud 7th generation Henderson County native. I am a product of Henderson County Public Schools and attended UNC-Asheville and A-B Technical Community College. I’m a wife, mom and friend and my life is pretty awesome.
I have completed numerous successful real estate transactions through working with my friends, family and associations in the community; plus I’ve been trained by the best! I am thrilled when an old high school friend, one of my kid’s teachers, or a past co-worker calls on me to carry them through their real estate transaction! For most, buying or selling real estate will be the largest and most important transaction of their lifetime! Wow … that’s big, and I am honored to have that trust put in me!
No fancy words here … if you choose me . . .
More About Beth
No fancy words here … if you choose me, I will work hard, communicate with you constantly (maybe more than you want), and exercise the flexibility that I have with Blue Ridge Real Estate, a locally owned Hendersonville-based firm. If you list with me you will receive professional service; including professional photography (haven’t we all had enough of the cell phone photographs), floor plans of your home, and a property that is properly prepared for the market. If you are looking for a buyer’s agent I will search tirelessly for the property that meets your expectations … not mine! You tell me what you want and need and together, we will make it happen!

Having been in Real Estate prior to the bubble bursting, I have experience in every type of Real Estate Market imaginable. I was able to not only stay in real estate full time during the most difficult years of The Recession, but I found a way to thrive in those years and remain the sole provider for my family of 4. Having succeeded in the best and the worst of Real Estate markets, I have gained the knowledge needed to help me understand exactly what it takes to move a home or find a home, regardless of what hand we might be dealt from outside influences that are out of our control.

More About Bryan
Originally from the mountains of Northern Idaho, Bryan decided to call North Carolina home after spending several years here during his time in the United States Marine Corps. June of 2017 marks my 24th Anniversary of living in North Carolina! 13 years ago I married Tammy, a North Carolina native. We have two young boys, Cooper and Braydn.
As an avid outdoorsman, I enjoy everything from fly-fishing the Smokey Mountains to hiking and mountain biking the Pisgah and DuPont Forests to camping in the Blue Ridge Mountains. I also enjoy spending time with my family, riding my motorcycle on the Blue Ridge Parkway, walking around downtown Hendersonville, and taking in a Bristol NASCAR race when I can.

Nancy was raised in Hendersonville up through Elementary school (Bruce Drysdale and then Rosa Edwards). Her love of the area brought her back permanently in 2016, from Dallas, TX where she initially began her real estate career in 1980. She got her start doing on site sales, and closed over a million dollars of property that first year.
Working for 4 different builders gave her experience and understanding in new construction. The majority of her business is in listing and selling existing homes. As a representative for buyers, she really enjoys hearing and helping people find the Real Estate “match” they are looking for. She is a pleasant but strong negotiator to help you purchase at the best price.

More About Nancy
As a Listing agent she goes the extra mile with a home staging and landscape consultation so that when your home is presented to the buying public, it will make the best impression possible, helping you to earn a top return on your investment.
Whether it’s listing your home for sale, building a new home, or looking for an existing home, Nancy will do all she can to make it a pleasant and professional experience.
In her free time, Nancy enjoys the outdoors, being with friends and traveling to be with family. She attends the Hendersonville Presbyterian Church and lives in Laurel Park.

One of the most common statements I hear when I meet people for the first time is “I’ve never met a native of Hendersonville before!” – well, now you have! In fact, I don’t even know how far back my family tree’s roots grow in Henderson County. But I do know this – I love Henderson County and Hendersonville, and I love helping buyers and sellers. I consider it an honor when asked to assist a client, and I take it very seriously. I appreciate repeat clients and word of mouth referrals. Watching my family start, grow and continue to run a local family-owned business since 1974, I’ve learned the importance of honesty, fairness, negotiations, and the long game. I’m always ready to talk about what you are hoping to achieve through real estate, because this is about you – not me!

More About Lynn
A little bit about me: I’m married to a wonderful man, Artis. I’m the proud mom of Austin Laughter, and have a wonderful daughter-in-law, Hope. I graduated from Hendersonville High School (Go Bearcats!) but promise not to hold it against you if you graduated from one of our other great high schools and I attended Blue Ridge Community College. My friends often tell me I should be a stand-up comic, but instead I spend my time as a member of my church choir and drama team. I’m always ready for a good cup of coffee, and I also enjoy reading, volunteering, spending time with my family and friends, and playing with my dog Gabbie (notice these are all activities I can do while drinking coffee).

Tammy Ross
828-595-9210 | Office Administrator
A North Carolina native, I was born and raised just outside of Raleigh. I worked for a corporate restaurant for ten years, going from Administrative Assistant to Associate Manager during that time. I received an Associate degree in Office Administration in 2015 and am excited to be doing what I enjoy.
My husband, Bryan Ross, and I married in 2004. We have two sons, Grady Cooper and Braydn, and I have been fortunate to stay home with them from the beginning. When we found Hendersonville, we knew this was where we wanted to raise our sons, where we wanted them to attend school, where we wanted to be a part of the community, and make our forever home.

More About Tammy
I spend a lot of time at our sons’ school volunteering, including being on the PTO board every year, four of them as President. I truly love being able to give my time and effort to helping their school be the best it can be.

More About Jackie
These Mountains Are The Loves Of My Life! In my previous professional life, Craft Beer Sales and Marketing, I was fortunate to have traveled all over the US, including Western North Carolina. These beautiful mountains were pulling me in like a magnet. This beach bum, Tampa native said to my Husband one day “Hey babe, you want to move to the mountains?” We have been here 3 years now. This is Home.
I Believe In The Power Of Real Estate! Real Estate investing, remodeling and design are passions of mine. I have bought, sold, renovated and rented properties for 8 years and am also an AirB&B Super Host. Rehabbing neglected properties and sharing my successes and failures brings me indescribable joy. Helping others find the perfect turn key house or a real fixer is not something I just fell into. This is what I chose to do, it is exciting and is what keeps me growing and learning and striving to be better.
A Bit About Me:
I have an awesome Husband who is incredibly talented and 2 grumpy old dogs. I love hiking, camping, eating, traveling, eating while traveling, and riding my motorcycle down winding mountain roads. I am infinitely curious, love reading and listening to podcasts. I am most proud of being a loyal and reliable friend and Wife.
My Idea Of A Perfect Day: Morning hike followed by afternoon porch beers & Bluegrass.
What I Love Most About WNC:
- The water tastes so good
- People are really friendly
- The mountains(obviously!)
- Cultural emphasis on time outdoors
- Downtown Hendo

My name is Larry, and my mid-life crisis was to become a real estate broker in Hendersonville, NC with a focus on serving buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions.
My varied background includes owner/innkeeper of a B&B, drawbridge operator over the Intracoastal Waterway in South Florida, and photographic and video production in the healthcare industry. I have over 3 decades of marital experience, and we enjoy spending time with our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and a brutish hand-me-down cat. In my spare time, I wear jeans, an untucked shirt, and beat-up old pair of Top-Siders. I restore vintage airguns, ride my e-bike, make Neapolitan-style pizza, play my music loud, dabble in photography, use modern fountain pens, and periodically binge-watch British murder mysteries.
I may not take myself seriously, but I work very hard for every client. Period.

Hendersonville became home for my daughter and me in 2002 after years of visiting family and falling in love with the Blue Ridge Mountains. My husband, whom I met here, graduated from East Henderson High school and his family roots date back to the origin of our town! My father, Monty Parker, taught Spanish at West Henderson High School, and my mother, Sandy, taught ESL at First Baptist Church. My daughter, Bethany Joy, a local artist, educator, and social media influencer, lives nearby with her husband. I am grateful that my awesome brother also lives here.

More About Carla
Some of my favorite places in our area include the Carl Sandburg Home, the Biltmore Estate, Jump Off Rock, and the shops of downtown Hendersonville and Brevard. I enjoy visiting the local Apple Orchards, walking the hiking trails at Pisgah and DuPont Forest and our local parks. Find me on social media @RealtywithCarla, message me, and let’s have coffee!
My own experience with moving began at the young age of nine when I learned what it’s like to be uprooted, to make new friends, and settle into a new school and neighborhood. Since my first move from Michigan to Georgia, I have lived in many states. I remember the thrill of becoming a first-time homeowner, which led to my becoming a licensed Real Estate Agent in 2017. I enjoy serving our area by volunteering at the Boys & Girls Club, helping with various events at Fletcher Parks and Recreation, and preparing shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child.
The process of discovering a new area, building a new life, and buying or selling a house should ideally be a pleasant experience. Having a committed professional by your side as you navigate potential issues and concerns, and working to achieve the most favorable result, allows you to focus on what truly matters to you. Whether you are searching for your first home, a dream home, an investment, or wish to sell your property for the best possible price, I will genuinely listen. Together, we will turn your Western North Carolina realty goals into a wonderful reality!
